I brought my mom here for oral surgery. She went in for a 15 minute procedure that ended up taking 1.5 hours. This is understandable as you can't alway predict what you'll run into. At some point she passed out and they had difficulty controlling the bleeding. She went in for a follow up. She waited over an hour. She let the front desk know and they brought her back to a room where she waited again. After waiting almost another hour she went out and found someone and asked if she was going to be seen. They said they didn't have time to her today and she would have to reschedule. They sent a letter to her doctor saying everything looked great on her follow up and didn't require further care when they didn't even see her. I let her doctor know what happened. The rest of the experience is understandable as things can be unpredictable. However, I would NEVER go to a place that lies. It makes you wonder what else they may try to hide. I hope this gives pause to anyone else looking to get service here.

I can not say enough good things about this office. I went to the east Lansing office and saw Dr.Moe for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was incredibly anxious and she took time to listen explain things and ultimately said it was my choice how I wanted to proceed. That respect alone was huge. On my appt day I was in tears in the office because of fear and the staff was so patient and kind. Erica was amazing at calming me, she’s very down to earth and chill and superb at placing iv. My procedure was quick and easy and I felt very well taken care of. Especially amazing because Dr.Moe took my Medicaid insurance which was so nice, not many places do and the ones that usually do don’t have this level of care and intention. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism!

Dr. Moe, Sarah, Corey and Gloria took excellent care of me. My procedure was pretty extensive and Dr. Moe made sure I wasn't in pain.

Very nice oral surgeon and nurses!! I’m on day two of my wisdom teeth removal and the pain is wayyyy more manageable than I expected, so whatever they did to minimize the pain is very appreciated!!

Everyone that woks there is professional, treating each patient with respect and dignity. My appointment was on time. The staff is courteous and kind. All of my questions were answered throughly and with patience. I don't know anyone who loves going to an Oral Surgeon but this place removes the anxiety and makes the experience a good one.
